We determine our strategies by imagining the future with
futurological approaches, analyzing it with different scenarios,

Konya Kağıt A.Ş. has the FSC® -CoC Forest Stewardship Council®
certificate, and with this certificate, it has committed to
protect natural forests and prevent the deterioration of forest
life and ecosystem, reduce the use of pesticides harmful to the
environment, not to use genetically modified trees, and respect
the lives of local peoples living around the forests, plant and
animal rights.

Konya Kağıt A.Ş., one of the leading companies in its industry with its 32-year history and accumulation of knowledge, has been serving since 1989 in a total area of 105 thousand m2, half of which is closed, in Konya Organized Industrial Zone and Istanbul Güneşli facilities. Konya Kağıt A.Ş., which has been among the top 500 and second 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises of ISO (Istanbul Chamber of Industry) since 1998, continues to create value for the industry with an average of 461 employees strong. Konya Kağıt A.Ş. consists of 4 main production units, including paper production, printing packaging and notebook production in Konya, printing packaging production facilities in Istanbul Güneşli.
Our facility is a member of the UK-based "Book Chain Project" evaluation and rating association, which examines the origin and quality of cellulose used in paper production, and received 5 stars for our FSC® papers from this association.

Paper Production Plant
Our paper production plant has a capacity of 100 thousand
tons/year; within the scope of TS11610 standard, it produces
FSC® 1st class pulp writing paper, (White woodfree offset
paper-roll and sheet) with in the range of 50 – 200 g/m2 roll
and paper size, and also within the scope of TS EN 12281
standard, it produces FSC® copy paper in A3, A4, A5 sizes.
Ivory and other colored paper productions are also produced with
the X-RITE fully automatic control system.
Our factory, which is sensitive to nature, forest and
environment in paper production, also has a certificate called
FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®-CoC (Chain of Custody)) which
is valid all over the world. All cellulose raw materials (virgin
pulp), consists of trees obtained from the area of the
plantation.
Our manufactured products are allowed to be shipped after the tests in automatic control devices and the samples taken in our laboratory equipped with the latest system devices, at every stage. Following closely the production technologies in the world, in Konya Kağıt San. ve Tic. A.Ş., the entire process from pulp preparation to buffer output is automatically controlled by DCS and QCS control systems.
Our Notebook Production Facility has an annual production capacity of 10 thousand tons of notebooks, and in our facility, all kinds of spiraled and single-center wire-stitched school notebooks, special design spiral cardboard and plastic spiral spiral PP cover notebooks, separator notebooks, calligraphy notebooks, drawing notebooks and drawing papers, parchment papers, cube blocks, A4/A5 notepads, and railroad board paper types are produced in accordance with the TS 4544 School Notebook Standard.

Konya Cardboard Packaging Facilities is a huge family, has 102 employees and is a factory that can appeal to all of Turkey geographically... Konya Kağıt A.Ş. Packaging Facilities has proven its place and permanence in the industry with its completed investment program by responding to all kinds of cardboard packaging needs from food to spare parts, from cleaning materials to medicine boxes, with its expert, experienced and printing-trained staff. With these investments, the current 6,000 tons of cardboard consumption capacity of our facility has increased to 20,000 tons, and it has become a complete cardboard packaging and offset printed laminated box production plant. It has a cardboard processing capacity of 20 thousand tons/year and prints on all kinds of cardboard (duplex board) in different weights between 200 gr and 450 gr. In addition, offset printed, laminated cardboard box packaging is also produced. All kinds of graphic design work, latest system CTP plate preparation, quality controls at every stage of production are also carried out in our facility, and customer expectations are met at the highest level. Our facility has ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate.
It also has the Forest Management Council Protection Certificate within the scope of FSC® -CoC (Forest Protection and Chain of Custody) 40-004 Standard. In this way, it can also produce with FSC® in accordance with customer requests. In addition to these certificates, it also has the FOGRA Process Standard ISO 12647 certificate, which is a world-class offset printing quality certificate.
ISTANBUL Branch Cardboard Packaging Facilities
Established on a 20.000 m2 closed area, Konya Kağıt A.Ş. Güneşli Karton Packaging Facilities was founded with the aim of contributing to the country's economy and increasing employment. Our company, which has been achieving its objectives one goal at a time since 1996, has constantly set bigger goals for itself. While reaching these goals, it has never abandoned its core principles such as quality, environmentalism and customer satisfaction. Continuing to export to the world in line with these principles, Konya Paper Packaging Facilities wants to be a household brand not only in Turkey but also in the world. Being one of the largest printing and packaging facilities in Turkey with its advanced machinery and technology, Konya Kağıt A.Ş. renders its services in packaging industry with graphic design and mold, offset printing, lacquer, cellophane, spinning, cutting, acetate, saddle stitching and bonding machines. In this respect, Konya Paper A.Ş. is a truly integrated packaging and printing facility. Konya Kağıt A.Ş, which has the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, operates with a total quality management approach, based on customer satisfaction, closely following the technology, and providing continuous training to its personnel, each of whom is an expert in their field.
Our company has an annual cardboard processing capacity of
20,000 tons. We provide services with maximum efficiency and
minimum cost with our multi-colored and large size offset
machines. E-B-C wave double spinning process is performed on the
lamination line. Cardboard and laminated boxes are made in our
automatic cutting machines. Double boxes are produced with
automatic or manual saddle stitching, other boxes with bottom
(from 2, 4, 6 points) and side glued. In addition, the acetate
(8-20 micron) process can be applied to the windowed boxes with
an automatic acetate machine. Konya Kağıt A.Ş., which has
managed to become one of the leading names in the sector in a
short time, has continued this success until today diligently.
Furthermore, it is progressing with the awareness of the
responsibilities of being a company that is constantly growing
day by day. Konya Paper A.Ş. Güneşli Packaging Facility is a
Bera Holding company.
R&D / Quality Assurance
In our paper mill, all raw materials are ordered according to the procurement specifications, and are accepted after they arrive at our factory, following all quality procedures. Our manufactured products are allowed to be shipped after the tests in automatic control devices and the samples taken in our laboratory equipped with the latest system devices, at every stage. Having achieved world-class quality in production, Konya Kağıt A.Ş. works non-stop 24/7 with its purification unit approved by the Ministry of Environment. Wastes from the factory are treated in accordance with the norms of the Ministry of Environment, in a way that does not harm the environment.
